The project included automated swing gates, Turnstar boom gates, and a custom Clearview 76×50 mesh barrier with integrated electric fencing and underdig reinforcement. The system incorporates a JVA multi-zone monitoring network, facial and palm recognition access control with custom goosenecks, and a comprehensive CCTV installation covering the perimeter, clubhouse, and guardhouse — all designed and commissioned by Impact Solutions. Triple layer barrier fencing.

• Ripper Razor mesh at 1.8m high braced by 2.4 posts and stays in concrete at 600mm.
• Custom 24 line “piggy back” electric fencing. Stinger shield bobbins, 25 x 25 square tube hot dip galvanised for extended lifespan. Coupled with Stingers patented studs for strength and durability. Aluminium wiring tensioned with Nemtek mini nylon tensioners.
• Beta Fence Nylofor medium panels installed with Beta Fence blind snap off bolts to ensure the fence is tamper resistant. Posts installed in 600mm concrete for strength and longevity.
