Impact Fencing & Security Solutions delivered a complete estate security solution for Woodlands Estate in Ballito. The project included automated swing gates, Turnstar boom gates, and a custom Clearview 76×50 mesh barrier with integrated electric fencing and underdig reinforcement. The system incorporates a JVA multi-zone monitoring network, facial and palm recognition access control with custom goosenecks, and a comprehensive CCTV installation covering the perimeter, clubhouse, and guardhouse — all designed and commissioned by Impact Solutions. Dunkirk Estate – Salt Rock, KZN
Impact Fencing & Security Solutions completed the design, supply, and installation of custom fencing systems throughout Dunkirk Estate. The estate perimeter features high-security welded mesh fencing with an electric fence overhang and anti-dig protection, ensuring full perimeter integrity and intrusion resistance.
At the Dunkirk Estate Beach House, a low-security Vista Mesh fence was installed to provide uninterrupted ocean views while offering excellent corrosion resistance for the coastal environment. Each section was designed to deliver a balance of security, functionality, and coastal aesthetics.

Triple layer barrier fencing.

• Ripper Razor mesh at 1.8m high braced by 2.4 posts and stays in concrete at 600mm.
• Custom 24 line “piggy back” electric fencing. Stinger shield bobbins, 25 x 25 square tube hot dip galvanised for extended lifespan. Coupled with Stingers patented studs for strength and durability. Aluminium wiring tensioned with Nemtek mini nylon tensioners.
• Beta Fence Nylofor medium panels installed with Beta Fence blind snap off bolts to ensure the fence is tamper resistant. Posts installed in 600mm concrete for strength and longevity.
